An uncle of mine worked on the movie and he told me that the studio put Travoltas name in there as an attempt to boost his career. If you listen to it very closely, the actual lyric is "John Tra-Volta". After the two of them sing the lyrics "you're the one that I want" and before the "ooh, ooh, ooh, honey" there is a background lyric, listed here as ( " you are the one that I want").
